- • The heated pool was cold and being uncovered made it impossible to use. The spa charges you for the use of the dry sauna for 60 minutes. I think a hotel of this category should provide this service without charging extra, because nobody uses the sauna for an hour, nobody can endure that long... In the common areas it was cold, both in the restaurant and in the lobby. We had a rainy day and the hotel does not offer any activities.

- • The restaurant service could be improved (slow, lack of proactivity). One of the dishes served at dinner was not fresh at all. Deficient operation of the TV in the room.
Luxury in the middle of the forest
The hotel has a wonderful structure. The pool overlooking the Iguaçu River is beautiful. Rooms cleaned every day, quality items. Incredible spa
