Excellent!
The pools in that natural setting are fantastic! To enjoy the pool for adults only, much quieter. The spa is very good. The breakfast is super complete, even with regional products.

👎 Disliked
- • The pool bar was what disappointed me the most in terms of presentation and food quality, for example, they didn't even have something as simple as a Coke Zero, things happen, but maybe a point to improve.
Beautiful hotel in a great location.

- • Staff are very nice but not very attentive to customer needs at the restaurant. I’d suggest some training.
Enchanting setting in a unique natural environment.
The setting is simply magical. The facilities offer a very high level of comfort. Very helpful despite a complete lack of understanding outside of Spanish.

👎 Disliked
- • Only downside: The cuisine (Naipi restaurant) is not up to par. No flavor. No originality. And ultimately too expensive for the value on the plate.
Spectacular!
The pools are incredible!!! Being in the jungle, the cleanliness, everything.
