The customer service was fantastic. We booked at the very last minute at roughly 11pm, and Gabriele was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone despite it being late at night and us being way past the check-in time. We also got a surprise room upgrade, leaving us with a lovely massive room beyond anything we expected. Throughout our stay any interaction we had was great - we got amazing recommendations and everything was super efficient and easy. I can't imagine a better customer service experience. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning a lifesaver in the heat and the location of the residence is amazing.

- • There were a handful of tiny things like slightly weakly installed bathroom bits and slightly unpredictable water temperature in the shower that weren't optimal. But in the grand scheme of things these didn't matter really much at all.
