- • The restaurant was fully booked so I was served at Lonny with a limited menu
Certainly about the room standard and breakfast. The service was also impeccable and overall it is a very elegant hotel.

- • Cost-benefit ratio. The room price is high even though it's so good.
A Ritz-Carlton experience in Florianópolis.
The stay was wonderful! The service is definitely one of the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at—if not the best. All the staff are extremely friendly and always proactively trying to enhance the guest experience. The breakfast is spectacular. Very comfortable room with a great working desk if needed. The bathroom shower is spacious and has a strong water pressure, which is always a plus. Great gym on the top floor, and the pool area view is the cherry on top.
