All the comforts of home!
Great location, very easy to get to from the airport by car. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Having access to the washer and dryer was a real plus. The kitchen is well equiped for making breakfast and a light dinner. The dishwasher was very handy, though a little on the small side.

- • The bathroom was a bit small, especially the combined bath/shower which is raised above the bathroom floor and would present a challenge for someone who was older or experienced mobility challenges. I did recieve some inconsistent information from reception staff about luggage storage (one member of staff advised that it would cost $25 to store a suitcase for a week, while another claimed this was the daily fee). The lower price was honoured but the inconsistent information did create some confusion and difficulty.

Spacious studio in great location
Spacious room with balcony and comfortable bed. We were able to check into our room a little early and before that they stored our luggage. They also graciously allowed a little later checkout and then stored our luggage in the afternoon. (We stayed only one night after very early am arrival from cruise ship and then had a very late red eye flight out the next day.). Staff always available and always helpful. Convenient location downtown.

Well situated accommodation close to main attractions
Property was well situated close to transport links and a great base to explore Vancouver. Originally allocated a street facing room, the staff were helpful in changing to a quieter room at the rear of the property. Room was comfortable with everything you needed including clothes washing facilities. Beds were comfortable, cooking facilities great.

- • Allocated a room directly opposite the nightclub (open till 3am) despite paying premium rates due to World Cup price surge. It would have been lovely to have a room with a view higher up. According to Booking I had a ‘room upgrade’ but pretty sure I didn’t. Make sure you ask for a quieter room at the rear if you’re sensitive to noise. The reception staff were very good at finding us a quiet room when asked. Only one dishwasher tablet provided. Very late (4pm) check in and very early checkout - I paid extra for earlier checkin at 1pm.
