This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in (and I travel almost weekly). Floor to ceiling windows with incredible views of the city and the water. It is within walking distance of my favorite Chicago restaurants. I will be back!

The pictures on your site show a beautiful view of downtown. Our room was facing an alley with the view of the back of a brick apartment/condo complex. And 2 of those condos had their loud barking dogs on their back patios. What was the point of getting an “executive suite” with a balcony to stare at that and not even enjoy quiet? At least give me an option and ask me if I want to pay for a room with a view or not. The room telephone did not work, it wasn’t even connected when I tried it. After connecting I still could not place a call to the receptionist. And no ice machines? I get it, there is an ice tray in the freezer, but by the time it freezes? C’mon!
