After reading the negative comments, I was skeptical, but everything was perfect for me!
Extremely friendly reception at check-in, the room was spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of outlets. The furniture is somewhat worn, but the room was spotlessly clean (I mention this because I have read other reviews here). The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and good coffee is offered. Small details like the apple at check-out complete the very positive overall impression. The location right by the highway, from which you can hardly hear anything in the room, is great.

- • The indoor pool and sauna were under renovation. However, this was communicated a few days beforehand, so there would have been enough time to look for alternative accommodation if it had been important to me. The air conditioning in the room is quite loud. However, you can easily turn it off overnight (given the current extremely hot outside temperatures (on my arrival day it was 36-38 degrees), the room heats up by about 2 degrees overnight (in my case from 25 to 27 degrees), but that is manageable. Alternatively, the air conditioning can also be set to "ventilate only", then you can hardly hear it.

- • 1. Closure of the pool was announced on the day of arrival. 2. Not that the carpets didn't urgently need it, but if construction work is carried out in the hotel during the stay, spreading noise, dirt, and smell (carpets were glued...), I expect to be informed in advance and a drastic price reduction. 20% were offered but only upon request and without prior notice. 3. The air conditioning in the room successfully spreads great cold and the fear of gruesome infections! I would call it antique. The control cable for it was hanging on a loose cable from the wall. 4. The photos of the room were edited in a very dishonest way. It looks much grayer and more worn out there. 5. All carpets are covered with bleach stains and doors are worn out, etc.

- • Ants in the bathroom. Long waiting times at the reception. Accommodation was booked for the sauna and indoor pool. Both were not available during the stay. Did not receive any information in advance. View only of the front of the building opposite.
