High-level apartment
The apartment is clean, in a great location, and despite being in a central location, it is very quiet. It is well-equipped and planned at a high level with attention to small details. The beds are comfortable and spacious, and the towels are soft and fluffy. The staff was pleasant. It was possible to store luggage before and after the check-in/out time, which was significant.

- • The only drawback of the apartment is that there is no door in the shower, and one needs to be careful about the angle at which they shower to avoid wetting the bathroom too much and the need to mop up water after the shower is less pleasant (even though the towel is of high quality... it is not suitable for a luxury apartment).

Very good and friendly contact with the host; very helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located to explore Amsterdam. Many restaurants and bars nearby; supermarket only 3 minutes away.

- • It was not a problem for us, but the steep and narrow staircase to the basement with the two bedrooms could be a real obstacle.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for a quick meal. There is a good selection from Dutch to Italian to even McDonald's. There are also grocery stores a few blocks away if you want to eat in. The host was extremely helpful with tips and helping us book a taxi. The rooms are in the basement so you don't hear any street noise from nearby bars. The stairs are a bit steep as they are in all Amsterdam homes so this wouldn't be well suited for someone with mobility issues. We would highly recommend!!!! 10/10! Don't miss out on this gem!

Home from home
On our arrival we were welcomed by our very friendly host. She gave us a guide around the property, and immediately we felt at home. She was able to recommend restaurants and where to find the closest supermarket. It was very much appreciated.

Perfect Vacation Stay
Our stay at the apartment was perfect! We're a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious, super quiet (half a block away from a bustling tourist area, so we were worried about this), and the property manager/communication was impeccable.

- • There were a few rowdy folks on the street early in the morning but we would stay here again. The stairs were very steep and narrow.
Our family of 4 recently stayed here during our visit to Amsterdam and it was absolutely perfect! Agnes was an AMAZING hostess and the apartment was even better than we had imagined - wonderful location for everything we wanted to do and very comfy to return to after a long day. The bedrooms being downstairs was especially nice and quiet. We already want to plan our return and stay here again!
