- • Swimming pool was freezing, not able to swim due to cold temperatures and certainly not in keeping with “wellness suite”. When enquired about temperature we were told nothing could be done. Not suitable for children (or adults!). Conversely temperature in the rooms was very uncomfortably warm despite setting air con to lowest setting. We had breakfast elsewhere due to extortionate pricing of €38 per person per day. Finally for a “luxury” hotel we were quite surprised at the lack of quality tea and coffee products in the room. Cheap teabags and paper cups with wood stirrers wasn’t exactly on brand!
