An ideal base for our short but sweet stay in Lyon. Close to public transport straight into the centre, lots of restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Fantastic reception staff happy to help with local recommendations and sightseeing highlights. Comfy and immaculate room, and a lovely breakfast to send us off for an early train.

A noisy 3* hotel
Arrived in the evening, the reception was minimalist: room card with the number, I had to ask how to get there. Around midnight, an intrusive and loud noise from a curtain-type door being operated. This noise was repeated 2 other times around 7 am. Each time the noise was intense and long. I want to mention that the receptionist was not very talkative, but being disturbed by an annoying noise in a 3* hotel is not really acceptable. I would not book a room in an industrial building. The quality of the room, its cleanliness are clearly up to standard, especially since it is evident that they have just been redone.
