- • Some issues with the rooms, the first one, immediately changed, had a water drainage problem which made it very noisy, the second one had constant drainage problems and a strong smell in the sink, we had to run hot water to get rid of it.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, the beds and linen were very comfortable, the facilities were great except the pool was very small and overlooked by people in the bar and dining area. Location was great for exploring Bordeaux.

- • The bathroom, although large, was not well finished with a jacuzzi that had a mind of its own.
I travel a lot abroad for professional reasons and I am forced to compare: this is not.
Friendly and helpful reception staff, valet, and bar. Very well located. Pleasant overall hotel setting.

- • Room not up to a 5-star standard: terrace access door does not close, one of the shutters does not close, sink blocked for 3 days, dishes washed in the sink, terrace not maintained, jacuzzi hygiene???? Specify that the pool is in view of people sitting on the bar terrace.... Certainly these may be "details" but it is the details that make a 5*...
Beautiful old-fashioned hotel with very good service.
Special atmosphere, beautiful nostalgic hotel in the middle of the city. Very nice staff. Private whirlpool on our terrace.

- • Overall it’s a good 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star. The “pool” part of the spa was not very inviting, water seemed not clean
