Our stay was excellent. The person in charge was a very kind, attentive host and always responded promptly to any inquiries. The accommodation is very comfortable, impeccably clean, and its location is ideal for exploring the area and getting around easily. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

- • They did not respect my reservation. I had booked a room for two adults and one child, with a double bed and a single bed, but upon arrival at the hotel, they changed my reservation claiming that the people in the room I had reserved had decided to stay one more day. Additionally, the manager was unhelpful and rude.

Not recommended. Noisy and uncomfortable
The location. The cleaning lady was very attentive and friendly despite her long hours. We saw her every morning and evening.

- • It's nothing compared to the photos. The bed squeaked so much that one would wake up, you could even hear the people in the next room. Towel in poor condition as well as pillows and linens. The bathroom is extremely narrow. The room needs general maintenance. It may be small but at least offer comfort in the beds. There is a bar next to the hotel that makes a lot of noise and does not allow for rest.

- • I actually did not stay there. They charge an insurance fee per person that is not written in the lodging information. When making the reservation, there is no way to cancel because they require a credit card to be registered, then they send a message approximately 10 minutes later with all the lodging information and the charge for that insurance. An attempt was made to cancel the reservation by phone expressing this dissatisfaction, and the response was that it is not possible to cancel without a charge, or the other option is to send an email. A request was made to cancel the reservation through the application but there was no response, a call was made to Booking's customer service and the advisor informed me that they should not make that additional charge, that they are not complying with the rules and not to worry, the reservation will not be charged. Additionally, he mentioned that he will also request the lodging to cancel the reservation but the lodging did not respond to that either
