¡Nos encantó todo! Desde el momento en que llegamos y fuimos recibidos en nuestro taxi nos hicieron sentir muy especiales. El personal fue excepcional en su amabilidad y eficiencia. Nuestra habitación se mantuvo en un estándar impecable y nada era demasiado problema para el encantador personal de limpieza. El hotel tiene una sensación tranquila y calmada que nos hizo sentir instantáneamente relajados y en modo vacaciones. Gracias a todos.

Great hotel
The holiday here was very great and relaxing. Breakfast very varied and good. The rooms were cleaned 2 times a day and the hotel is very clean and very quiet. The staff very helpful and attentive. There was a very attentive lifeguard at the pool. All in all, a wonderful stay.

- • If you really want to mention something, it would be the duvet, as here the cover is actually only in sheets and open on 3 sides. (But that's complaining at a high level)
An absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and impeccable, and the breakfast is excellent, with a great variety and high-quality products. But what really makes this hotel special is its staff. I want to thank each and every one of them from the bottom of my heart: from those who greet you with a smile at the entrance, the staff who help with luggage, the reception team, the breakfast attendants, and those who deliver towels at the pool and the beach. Everyone, without exception, was extremely kind, attentive, professional, and always with a smile. They made me feel at home from the very first moment. It is true that it is a luxury hotel and that its price is higher than others, but I can say with total sincerity that it is worth every euro. The quality of the facilities, attention to detail, and above all, the excellence of its human team make the experience unforgettable. Without a doubt, I will return. It has been a perfect stay, and I will recommend this hotel whenever someone asks me where to stay in Valencia. Thank you very much to the entire team!
