الفندق راقي جداً ، كل شيء مميز ، الموقع هادئ وقريب من شارع العبدلي وممشى البوليفارد، استقبال الريسبشن وخدماته رائعة مع الموظفة جوان، واستلمت الغرفة بمجرد وصولي صباحاً، الغرفة واسعة ومريحة جداً وخدمة الغرف أكثر من رائعة بوجود الموظف وسام منصور ، أما الإفطار فكان خارج نطاق حجزي ولكني تناولت وجبة الإفطار في آخر يومين والبوفيه لذيذ بتنوع أطباقه، والخدمة أكثر من رائعة، بوجود طاقم المطعم بإدارة السيد محمد قطاوي، جميع موظفون الفندق بشوشين ومرنين في التعامل من بداية دخولك للفندق مع موظفين الأمن الخارجي وصولاً للاستقبال والغرف وجميع الخدمات

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and all common areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their excellent service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

الموقع والنظافه والهدوء وحسن تعامل موظفي الاستقبال وخصوصا ادهم ابو جابر متعاون جدا ودود متفهم سرعه الاستجابه للمتطلبات ،، قام بتغيير غرفنا اب قريد ،،، انصح بالتعامل معه ،،،، خدوم

- • بعض الغرف تكون حاره بسبب انها مواجهه للشمس ،،، قد تكون مرغوبه فالشتاء
