- • At check-in, the hotel informed me that breakfast was not included when it was false. I had to call booking, which had to contact Marriott to confirm the included breakfast. The person at check-in apologized for the wait (at least 15 minutes) but the hotel made no commercial gesture for the inconvenience (a box of chocolates, for example, to apologize? Nothing). The hotel is not a true 5-star, there are no special gestures made to the customer, no welcome gifts. NOTHING. The breakfast is chaotic (too crowded with children everywhere), the quality is average (pancake so hard and dry that the knife couldn't cut it), few choices if you don't eat pork, and non-existent service (self-service), not even the possibility of having a real cappuccino or coffee (everything is done by the machine). It's more like a 4-star than anything else.

- • We did not receive a camping cot because they do not consider it safe for a 2-year-old. While we received a cot in all other hotels during the rest of the holiday. The nights were uncomfortable as a result, not fun at all. The breakfast was also not very pleasant. Too big and chaotic, it made me dizzy. The food was fine. Oh, and a sunbed in the water park costs about €60, really outrageous.
