The staff is very friendly and helpful. The water park is great and highly recommended. There are plenty of activities in and around Billund. Much of it is easily accessible on foot.

- • The cleanliness of the holiday home left much to be desired. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and the sofa and armchairs (leather) were full of stains. The cleaning staff urgently needs better training. Unfortunately, there was also a lot of trash in the bushes on the premises.
Ideal for family vacation
The house was nice and cozy with lots of amenities. The area was suitable for families, with easy access to all the attractions in Billund. The kitchen in the house was well-equipped. Free passes to Lalandia/Monkey Tonkey Land were a very welcome bonus.

- • The beds were on the smaller side. It was not clearly stated that extra fees for water/heating/electricity would be added (although very reasonable).
