With a taste that could have lasted longer!
Breakfast is a wonderful experience in itself! The best carpaccio I've ever tasted in my life! The staff at the place is always very helpful, I hope to come back with the family. A hotel where you forget your problems when you enter and only have to thank for the blessing!

- • The bathroom signs need to indicate hot and cold water. The road to the place lacks communication signal, which is terrible considering what we see when we arrive at the hotel. Due to the rains, we need to improve access to the place. The Valentine's Day menu was very disappointing in the duck or chicken dishes; we needed to add shrimp.
Great for a weekend getaway!
We really liked the infrastructure, complete with a spa, tennis court, and a good gym. They took care of the details to welcome us, and the room is amazing!

- • The restaurant for lunch and dinner has few options and is expensive. For a longer stay, it ends up being monotonous. The 10km dirt road to get there is also a bit annoying.

Paradise with tranquility and stunning nature
The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also very spacious, well-lit, and the shower is wonderful! The balcony has a spectacular view! The breakfast is very varied, and the restaurants, besides being very charming, offer very good food. The soundtrack is very good, with tasteful music and the right volume! The garden has fantastic landscaping; even with an immense size, you can see that every detail was carefully thought out, truly incredible! Besides, there are no dogs or cats wandering around! You can walk without worry, which is fabulous! We rented the electric cart, which made all the difference as it allows easier access to remote places and provides a closer contact with nature!

- • I liked everything, but what could be improved is the lunch, dinner, and room service menu. Since guests are unlikely to go out for a meal, the menu could have more varied options and even a tasting menu for dinner. It would be perfect!

- • The service is terrible. Through WhatsApp, the contact is extremely invasive when requesting your personal data. Any request is answered by the management as if it were a condominium manager, citing articles and regulations. My wife tried to book a spa treatment with no response. During our stay, the bathtub didn't work, and it was left unresolved. Simple things cause unnecessary annoyances, kindness turns into problems. On the eve, we received positive news - our check-in would be early at 11 am. So we thought about arriving earlier to have breakfast and enjoy the day. But we were informed via WhatsApp that to have breakfast, we would need to pay for half board (+- R$ 2,000). There was no possibility of ordering anything a la carte, so we had to decline the "gift". During a lunch at the restaurant, they needed to confirm 3 times which wine bottle we had requested. Other couples were told they could request modifications to some dishes, only to later hear from the waiter that he had to call the boss to know how much to charge for that request. At dinner, the same restaurant that serves meals is also where the room service dishes are prepared. My wife wanted dinner, but I just wanted a burger from the room service menu. The restaurant refused to serve the burger, and I had to go back to the room to receive the order. It was delivered by the same waiter from the restaurant, and naturally, it was cold. There was so much confusion that they asked me if I wanted to take the tray to the room myself. When I asked why I couldn't be served in the restaurant, no one knew how to answer; they said it was "orders from the management". The next day, the head chef, instead of properly apologizing, also said he only followed orders from the management. In the end, there are much better ways to spend R$ 6,000 in Brazil.
