Friendly and great staff. The onsen bath in the room. Great Amenities. Fantastic buffets. Located by the lake.

Everything was very well done here. Everything is filled with luxurious touches and motel is extremely well maintained and comfortable.

A Real Holiday
Love the ambience, zen feeling. Makes you feel like you are on a holiday. The breakfast buffet was the best. And when did you have marshmallows over a fireplace? this is the time and especially with a harpist playing in the background And the kaiseki dinner was out of this World. All worth it. Kudos to the Team at this resort.

Lovely place to stay, relax and enjoy good food.
Totally loved the meals (breakfast and dinner) there. The food was delicious. Staying there more than a night, the restaurant offered additional choices of the mains. I loved the coziness of the whole resort though it is a shoes-off place. The fireplace in the middle of the hall was just so fun for people to gather and toast marshmallows.

- • We felt bad about the wasting the rice (served in a pot) when we couldn’t finish it during breakfast. We requested for the staff not to serve it to us but it was actually really nice.
