- • Small room, on 3rd floor with no lift. Small uncomfortable bed that dipped in the middle. Uncomfortable pillows If you wanted daylight, opening the curtains left no privacy from passing guests.
Greta location but not good value. Ensure you book ahead!

- • It was very expensive for one night and when we got to our room, my son didn’t even have a proper bed. He was on a sofa bed. It was nearly £600 for 1 night!
The views were spectacular and worth the trip but we were disappointed in the accommodations.

- • Our rooms were small, expensive and tired looking. They haven’t been updated in many years. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The main reception area and lodge are beautiful. It would have been helpful to have received information at check in about the best way to get to see Lake Louise since it’s almost impossible to drive and park your vehicle.
