- • Room lacking amenities: no hairdryer, no linens, no towels (even after insistent request), no glasses, noisy air conditioner, kitchen noise all day, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, no ventilation in the bathroom. Mediocre

Thanks to him, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. He is a remarkable person who truly makes a difference. A huge thank you also to Hassen, who takes care of the breakfast service with incredible kindness and attention. Always smiling, considerate, available, and highly efficient, he ensures that everyone has a great start to the day. His sense of service is exemplary, and his good mood is contagious. Another huge thank you to Amza and Hassen for their welcome, availability, and professionalism. They are wonderful people who perfectly reflect the excellence of this hotel. Great Value and wonderful staff!
Great little place and fantastic value for money. Rooms are well equipped, and the bed is extremely comfortable. All staff were absolutely amazing, accommodating, and polite. Breakfast is included in the price, and the Moroccan Tea served was delicious. The buffet is basic, but they will cook you freshly made omelettes every morning and give you freshly squeezed orange juice. We had a wonderful stay, and thank you to all staff who made our stay even better. Air conditioning in the room was also very good.

- • Shower head wobbly but the shower was powerful. TV signal was not great (we were not on holiday to watch TV). Bar not open by the pool area during the daytime. None of this would deter us from staying again, and we did not report any of the issues as they didn’t overly bother us. They also allowed us to take our own drinks by the pool during the day, so the bar wasn’t an issue either.
I had a pleasant stay, very nice town, I highly recommend
