The staff was amazing at Jack levels, explained everything to us and was very nice. In addition, Hazel was simply a ray of light on the ship itself, took care of everything and always with a perfect smile, thank you for the experience

Great stay in Ha Long Bay!
Fantastic service by Flora! Together with her colleagues, she took great care of us during meals and the food was also excellent! Absolutely recommended in Halong Bay!

- • Speakers in every room is too much. If I don’t want to wake up at 6am to attend the program, it should be my choice. Don’t wake up all the passengers.

The staff's attention was exceptional, we were on our honeymoon and they made our stay very special. The boat is modern, the room is large and clean, the wifi worked well. Everything was impeccable.

- • There wasn't any wifi on the 3rd floor, however, this was mentioned as one of the facilities while booking. The wifi was available only on the first two floors
