The property is well organized, very clean, great location next to the park. Staff is very polite and speak English. Delicious breakfast included, coffee and tea all day long. I would stay in this hotel again!

Friendly staff especially Alvaro was very helpful in accommodating the specific details that I had requested. Since my mother just had a back spine surgery. All the staff was very cordial and helpful. Alvaro was the most attentive great customer service to detail. Keep up the good work.

- • The staff is not very friendly, not attentive unless specifically desired with people from the coast. I asked for help several times and they acted as if they were not listening to me.
