I would NEVER stay here again!!! The roach lets me know there is a cleanliness problem.
I have stayed at this property twice before and the property has gone down over the years. Clean appearance from the lobby. Bed was comfortable.

- • One of the elevators was not working the day I checked in. So I had to use to the stairs. Later that night they did have it fixed. My room door had not been vacuumed as there were still food particles still on it. The desk and dresser where the tv was located had sticky droplets (food) on it. Mini fridge was not properly cleaned. And last but not least a roach crawled across the bathroom floor.

- • I was charged 120 bucks for parking and wasn't told anything about until I checked out if I would of known that I wouldn't of stayed at this hotel that was very unprofessional.

- • They had bugs in the bathroom. Then the fire alarm went off at 11:00 pm. We stood outside for 15 minutes with no explanation.
It was very nice and clean and everyone was kind.

Great hotel, especially if you need to be near the airport. Easy to get to popular sights with a short Uber ride.
I liked the proximity to the airport and the availability of the free shuttle. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was generally good.

- • As a non-coffee drinker, I would have loved to have the option of tea bags at the beverage area. I had to ask for a tea bag each day. The staff, however, were really responsive and nice about my request.
Rudeness
I made reservations online but I didn’t know there was a deposit to pay. The person working that night was very rude and had a whole attitude.
