I didn't like the hotel, I expected more and that the service would be like in other cities where I have stayed in the same hotel chains

- • There was a lot of external noise inside the room, leaks inside the room, they should not have given me that room as it was evident that water leaks when it rains and small pieces of the ceiling were falling, so far the hotel has not sent an email with the discount they proposed since they couldn't refund the money, the breakfast is not good as the food they serve is of low quality and doesn't taste good, the pool is very dirty and neglected in that area.
