- • WiFi didn't work, no hot water in the shower, there were bags with clothes and personal items of someone including medicines on the table in the room. The lobby seemed to be under renovation.

- • The staircase was dark and dirty, going up the stairs to the room is dangerous, the stairs are really short, there was no handle on the door only a lock, there is mold in the rooms on the walls, the shower is so small that it is impossible to shower, the toilet is close to the sink and impossible to sit and move
