Please clean the room
It wasn't the worst to the extent of the soles turning black, but the table tops were not wiped clean as a basic and really dirty, it seems like only the places where people pass by are cleaned, with dust piled up white in corners or on the tops, and dust bunnies rolling around as a basic. The bed sheets were so dirty that you wouldn't even want to touch them. If the cleaning condition or the sheets were clean, it wouldn't have been this uncomfortable. The shower head is so full of grime that it's unpleasant to even hold. If you are running a lodging business and charging money, I hope you have learned the basics of cleaning. I don't expect outstanding furniture or amenities in the lodging, just basic cleanliness would be enough. I understand that not providing shampoo, body wash, or toothpaste is a common policy for all lodgings nowadays. Of course, there is no soap either. It's absurd to have a sign asking to wash the dishes used in the residence hotel but not provide kitchen detergent. Thanks to that, I cleaned with toilet paper. The interior is like a studio where cooking is possible. I wish they didn't use that cafe photo as the main picture. They don't even open the cafe on weekends, so I couldn't even see that. The water pressure is weak...

Feels old. The bathroom is too small and uncomfortable. But the cost-effectiveness is good, so I plan to use it again next time.
Not a new building, but considering the presence of the city hall and public offices, it is clean and reassuring, with well-equipped surrounding infrastructure such as Galleria, cinema, restaurants, making it a comfortable place to stay. There was a tower parking lot, but I parked at a nearby public parking lot. The staff is friendly, and there are no inconveniences in staying in a fully equipped room. Suitable for long-term stays. As the facilities are old, more attention should be paid to cleanliness.

The accommodation is good, but the parking tower is slow, so vehicle owners should prepare for early check-in and have some buffer time for check-out.

The shower head holder was missing, but when I mentioned it, they promptly took care of it. I'm concerned that there might be similar incidents. I was inconvenienced by not being able to include breakfast in the accommodation fee when trying to pay.
