Notre séjour dans cet hôtel charmant ne pouvait pas être meilleur. Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels. C'est l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons connus. Très bien positionné, présenté, organisé et doté d'un personnel. Nous reviendrons. Nous n'hésiterions pas à recommander.

Disappointing
We were seduced by the hotel on hotels.com, we chose to spend a night there. At first glance everything seemed fine, but after a second look we were disappointed (see photo). The place is really beautiful, it would be nice if the rooms were impeccable as they should be in a 5-star hotel.

This is a lovely property by the river in Toulouse. It’s not right in the heart of the city but worth it! The staff are exceptional. Our front desk receptionist, Olivier, was terrific! He booked trains and restaurant reservations for us and did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very modern yet the building was old and historical.
