Great accommodation for a stopover to catch the ferry
We stayed here due to its proximity to Livorno, to easily board the ferry the next morning. This accommodation turned out to be excellent for this purpose and Alessandro was immediately available. We especially appreciated the presence of a private parking and the proximity to several places to eat, reachable on foot. Bathroom in good condition, room of suitable size for us, impeccable breakfast service: considering it had to be a frugal and quick thing, we appreciated being able to enjoy it despite the early hour (5 in the morning!). Recommended accommodation.

- • Nothing. The only negative thing we found was the smell of smoke in the room. However, we are sure it was an isolated case.

The rooms are located within a house which in our case (group of friends) proved to be a perfect solution. Attentive host who ensured a perfect welcome.

Si è accolti da un proprietario aperto e amichevole. La villa è pulita, accogliente e ha tutto il necessario. C'era abbondanza di spazio per la nostra famiglia di cinque persone. La piscina in loco è aperta 24 ore al giorno per tutti. Il terreno è tranquillo e rigoglioso. Le spiagge nelle vicinanze, a soli 10 minuti di distanza, sono eccellenti.

Little room in a good location
The room was good, just what we needed to rest for a night. The location is also very strategic, allowing you to reach many nice little villages and the motorway to easily get to Livorno port.
