Handy spot but...
The kitchenette was handy, the young lady at reception was always smiling and helpful, having a washing machine and dryer was useful and having a full size couch was nice. The wifi worked well. The location in regards to shops and restaurants was excellent.

- • The noise! If you are a light sleeper then this place isn't for you. There was a piano on the ground outside the hotel free for all to play and people like to play at night..even at midnight or later! There was also an area outside where people liked to congregate and talk, shout and generally make a racket. Even at 3am some nights they were keeping us awake. The air conditioning was loud and we could hear the neighbours if they raised their voices. There was a noise at night which may have been the lift which woke us up. Our sleep quality was very poor. The shower was very slow to warm up and the place was very dated. The bed was a Murphy bed which had its upsides and downsides. The downside being that it had to be hoisted up and carefully lowered as it had a bit of weight to it. Luckily it was comfortable and gave the room a bit of extra space when it was upright. The space was pretty dark too and the neighbouring property very close.

Central in Waikiki but location being next door to Play Bar was shocking

- • The office closed at 10 pm which is Not stated on the website. My sons plane landed late so we had to pay 50$ cash to get someone to come to the office to check us in . On top of that, the room was directly over the club so the base bumped under the floor all night. Impossible to sleep. Really rediculous

- • the Internet service is terrible .. you can spend hours trying to connect .. it was 8 days of stay with the same problem without a solution
