Top stay at a top location
What an oasis of calm in the midst of the city hustle and bustle. The lobby is super cozy despite the industrial decor. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast... just TOP! It's not a buffet, you can choose one dish and one drink, but they are all so delicious!!!

- • To say something: the pool is not so cozy, but certainly sufficient for a refreshing dip.
Second experience
Top location if you want to walk to TRX, Pavilion, KLCC (this one is further). Room looks and feels average (3 star). This time my shower drain was blocked and flooded. Not a nice experience. Shampoo and shower gel ran out on the first day I checked in. Should have done a room check before letting guests check in. But they were apologetic and quick to replenish. Reception staff polite and helpful. Breakfast (add on) is good. My second visit.

The staff were great, breakfast was great. The little free “old school” Malaysian snacks were a really nice touch. Cool design, perfectly curated.

Cool boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. A little bit away from things.
Great boutique hotel. Cool design. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The rooms are a bit small and the area in the closet made to hold a suitcase isn't really big enough for a big bag but we were able to get a stand for one bag. Better suited to short stays with minimal luggage IMO. Easy access to the attractions in Bukit Bintang, but a bit of a walk to the main shopping and Jalan Alor eat street. We did find some good options pretty close to the hotel though. I liked that it's not a big business-oriented hotel with large groups. We started off in a room facing the Main Street which apparently becomes a motorcycle race track late at night. I'd recommend staying on the other side as it's much more quiet. Loved the hotel, just a couple of minuses for the street noise and distance from things. Great value for money too.

A true gem!!
Great location, downtown, a few minutes walking distance from big shopping centers but at the same time quiet and not overcrowded area. Best of both worlds. Cosy warm and classy atmosphere. Love the lobby and common area. Service is outstanding!! I have high expectations and I was impressed by the service level: really warm, friendly and professional staff. Proactive and will go above and beyond to help and please their customers. Authentic and genuinely nice. My room was really nice, beautiful view and quiet. It was pristine clean and stylish. I strongly recommend staying there! Great value in terms of price and quality.

Great hotel and location for a KL city break
Really lovely hotel. The staff, location, room and amenities (especially Lucky Cafe) were all brilliant. The hotel was a great base for us to explore KL.
