We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at the Chloe Hotel in Kuala Lumpur! Particularly noteworthy was the breakfast: all day à la carte, incredibly delicious and of exceptionally high quality. That was a real highlight for us. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Everywhere we found lovely details that made the stay special - for example, the small complimentary snack box in the room. Our room was very nice and despite its street location, pleasantly quiet. We found it particularly thoughtful that earplugs were provided to us as a precaution. Our requests were always taken into account. Whether we wanted the room cleaned earlier or later, it was accommodated without any fuss. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

The design of the hotel is really nice. Very modern, and the rooms are also nice. Just a little small but comfortable.

- • The WiFi connections are not that good. I had to work during my stay and I kept getting disconnected from my online meetings.
Great location. Decent room. Skip the food.
Hotel was located in a super centralized location, minutes away from KLCC, TRX, Pavilion. Room was decent. If you drive, the road into the hotel premise and car park is a bit tight so be careful.

- • To be honest, everything went well, until breakfast. I ordered à la carte, as I did not get the breakfast set with my hotel booking. I ordered the salmon and cream cheese, costing 36rm for 1 slice of sourdough, 3-4 pieces of salmon, cream cheese, and some garnish. Honestly, I expected a bit more than what was served. Like perhaps 1 more slice of the sourdough bread to make it a sandwich. Or am I wrong? My benchmark being Kenny Hills pricing and portion size.

My room was comfortable and secure, with great aircon and a comfortable bed. I liked the pool and on-site cafe for coffee and breakfast, as most places are a good 10-minute walk away.

- • The staff at the cafe for breakfast, one particular lady (short hair), was very rude and hostile. Did not enjoy the breakfast as the options were limited. I assumed it would be self-serve. The amenities were not restocked when the room was cleaned, and the bedding was not changed during the cleaning.
