- • The room needs maintenance, the air conditioners are noisy, and the walls are showing signs of no paint.
Simple and quiet perfect
The person at the evening reception was very kind and gave good advice! The room is correct and clean. 10 minutes from downtown and quiet! The place is well maintained and also offers scooter rental at a price no higher than in the center! Breakfast is self-service, simple and not abundant, but it is there, it helps! The pool is very nice.

- • Suggestion: put a darker curtain for daylight and a small storage in the bathroom.

- • Luxury was promised and the photos were not representative. There was a family with children in the pool until late and they were already in the pool by 7 in the morning. In addition, there were stains on the towels and bed linen, and the room was outdated.

- • The structure disappointed me in all aspects and I do not understand how other people could give high ratings to this place. In order: - The room was dirty, dusty, with mold in the corners of the walls. The sheets had several stains, both when we arrived and the second day when I asked to change them; - the garden, pool, and common areas were neglected and many sun loungers and chairs were broken; - Breakfast consisted of three types of cereals, whole milk, industrial orange juice, Bimbo brand bread slices with jam, hazelnut cream, and peanut butter. ENOUGH. There was no alternative, nor did the staff give me any options when I said I was lactose intolerant. -The services are non-existent, even the bathroom products consist of soap bars and small shampoo bottles. -The location is not central and convenient only if you have a vehicle. Anyway, it was not in a central neighborhood. The worst place I've been in Mexico.

- • Location a bit far from the center... and the room could be better maintained (walls, bathrooms...) but for sleeping only and its price is not bad
