Very spacious room and bathroom, small fridge, coffee machine. At the entrance to the rooms area, there is a microwave, toaster oven, dishes, and cutlery for those who need. The owner, Levon, is welcoming. Very pleasant, always made sure we had everything we needed. You can really see that the place and the guests are important to him, and he does his utmost to provide a good feeling. Highly recommended.

Very good location, overall good facility, with small areas of improvement
I really liked the space that was provided for one person. The host was very nice and always checked in if I needed anything. The location was amazing even though because of the process the location was hard to find. You only receive the specific address from the host on the day of arrival; prior to that, I was attempting to reach the property using the Booking.com link.

- • In the washroom, there was no shower curtain, so the water would spill onto the floor, especially if you were taking a longer shower. The bathroom blinds wouldn't go down, and since it was New Year's Eve, people could see you from the road. There was also no daily room service or laundry facilities, which would have been helpful.

Beautiful, pleasant, and spacious apartment in a great location close to the German Colony. A short walk to the Bahai Gardens and Wadi Nisnas. The apartment is very clean with a good smell and is equipped with everything you need (towels, soaps, tea and coffee, cups, mini fridge, TV, and more). Levon the host was very accommodating and welcoming. Parking is easily found outside the apartment. We will definitely be back soon! 😊
