The sea is beautiful. The pool and restaurant alternatives are very good. There is no problem with the sunbeds and umbrellas. There are no limits to service with the all-inclusive system. The employees are extremely polite and attentive.

A huge let down
The family room had a partition to make it into two rooms. The pool and outside area were good. Clean.

- • The lack of watersports activities, paddle boarding, diving, etc., actually at the resort. That was misleading on the booking site. The fact that there is no public transport so taxis are super expensive. Middle of nowhere. Apart from breakfast, the food is awful. The premium inclusive upgrade is an absolute joke. Just money grabbing. Didn't get any of the extra features. WiFi was still awful. Had to ask every day for a bottle of water. Rooms not soundproofed at all. Sounded like we had a family of 20 next door and a screaming kid. Apart from the staff, the whole place is old and oversold.

Fantastic family-friendly holiday.
The property was spotlessly clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The kids' club and animation team stood out in making this a fantastic family-friendly environment. The pools were excellent, and plenty of comfortable sun loungers available.

- • The food and drink were average, and the buffet restaurants felt understaffed and chaotic at times. There were no other eating options within walking distance.
Great family resort with helpful staff and solid May value, though food and drinks need improvement.
The staff were the highlight for me - genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. The rooms are well designed for families, and it really feels like a proper family resort. We even organized a trip to Elafonisi just by chatting with reception, which was a nice touch.

- • The food felt a bit repetitive after a while, and while drinks are included, the quality was disappointing. The ice cream was included too but so poor that we ended up buying from the resort supermarket, and we weren't the only ones. That said, for the price and the value we got in May, I'd still recommend it.

Good value for money, nice rooms, all clean. The food is okay, but not exceptional. The dining area was unfortunately very loud, as was the music at the main pool. Kids' club was good.

Lovely stay would definitely recommend
The private pool room was fantastic and secluded, with the option of the beach!
