- • The staff member named Quyen is not good. She lacks passion. Therefore, she did not perform well. The staff member named Huong is excellent. She has the potential to be a good manager in the future
Everything was great! The bed and blankets were comfortable. The staff, Huong and Quyen, were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to explore in Hue. There is also a nice common area where guests can hang out. Thank you for everything!
