Great experience with family
Family-friendly and a wonderful place for kids. The deer and sheep farm was a huge hit with my children, and the food was great. The front desk staff were very responsive and helpful, providing prompt assistance whenever we needed it. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to families.

- • The trash bags provided were very small, did not fit the trash can properly, and were made of thin plastic that tore easily. Additionally, after one of the room cleanings, there was a noticeable odor of dirty or rotten cleaning rags throughout the room, which was unpleasant.

- • Room booked, then upgraded to a bigger room, not informed that with this upgrade no animals were allowed.
Dinner was delicious. All the staff members were very friendly. The location was fantastic. The place was better than any other place! The kids really loved it. Especially, the children's accommodation in Bern felt considerate for children.

- • Front desk connection was not good. I called the front desk several times before check-in, but they didn't answer the phone, and it was difficult to connect to the front desk once during the stay.
