Without a doubt, one of the best hotels in Lebanon, especially during the summer season. From the moment you arrive, the experience is exceptional. The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming — from the valet parking staff to the reception team and housekeeping. Every single person greets you with a genuine smile and makes you feel valued as a guest. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and offers a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. What truly stands out is the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lebanon. A perfect combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and warm Lebanese hospitality. I will definitely be coming back!

We had a great family experience at Kempinski Summerland Hotel in Beirut. The place was beautiful, relaxing, and very enjoyable, but what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made our visit even better. Highly recommended.

Luxury, Comfort, and Excellent Service
Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and a great breakfast. The staff were friendly and professional, making the experience truly memorable. Special thanks to George, who was extremely helpful and assisted us in choosing the perfect room for our stay. Highly recommended!

Great Staff and Potential, but Renovations Still Impact the Experience
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Service quality was excellent despite the team appearing to be understaffed. The property has great potential and remains one of Beirut's iconic resort destinations. Rooms and common areas were well maintained and comfortable.

- • The separation between Kempinski and Summerland has created some inconvenience. Guests now need to walk through the pool area and parking area to access certain parts of the property that were previously more easily connected. Most of the swimming pools are still undergoing renovation and many were not yet filled during our stay. Ongoing maintenance work impacts the overall resort experience. Due to staffing shortages, poolside service was unavailable and it was not possible to order food or beverages directly to the pool area. Breakfast on weekdays is served à la carte rather than as a buffet, which may be disappointing for guests expecting the full buffet experience.
