- • the soundproofing compared to the room above ours. access by a staircase not suitable for elderly people!
Lovely romantic stay in a real castle
Staying in a real castle is of course very special and then also with a beautiful garden, many animals, friendly hosts and an ideal location as a base.

It started with a warm welcome by castle lord Alex. After a nice chat on the castle terrace with a delicious bottle of prosecco, we were given a short tour of the castle. Of course, there are many private rooms of the family and other residents and guests who live or stay there that are not accessible, but there is still a lot of beauty to see. We stayed in one of the beautiful themed rooms, namely the "Nightingale room". This is one of the 3 beautiful large rooms in the round tower. There are also other very beautiful and special rooms where you can stay. It is a real castle experience so no TVs but pure enjoyment. Breakfast by Joris on a beautifully set table and personally served is already a party to start the day well. He knows how to give good tips about the beautiful surroundings. It was our first time and we stayed for 2 nights. We were sad that it went by so quickly and we will definitely come back! Recommended!!

This is a very special location. Feel like a prince or princess for once ;). The hosts are incredibly friendly and caring (we also got a lot of helpful tips for the area) - great breakfast with regional products - we were completely satisfied!

Medieval castle!!!
Super ancient castle, with all the mystique one would expect. It is from a local family, who welcomed us with great affection and an unforgettable breakfast. The experience was very cool!! Room in the tower is a bit cold.. but it's part of the experience since it's a tower of over 800 years. The castle itself is already an event!
