El mejor servicio, la cúspide del lujo y un lugar único para quedarse y disfrutar.
¡Todo! El personal (Austin, Praise, Jordan y Ria) fue increíblemente amable e hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que tuviéramos el mejor viaje. Desde recordar nuestros nombres, asegurarse de que siempre tuviéramos una bebida en la mano, hasta un baile africano especial para mi cumpleaños y regalarle a mi esposo una pulsera. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar las Suites Tamboti, son muy especiales y representan la cúspide del lujo en la sabana. Recomendaré este lugar a todos los que tengan la intención de viajar a Sudáfrica.

The service was impeccable. A special thanks to Valencia, very good and attentive to gluten-free. The safaris were amazing and the whole structure deserves so much!!

Perfect stay, comfortable and with spectacular service. I recommend with my eyes closed.
Beautiful accommodation, well-maintained, spacious and very comfortable. All staff polite, helpful, and kind. Delicious meals with great service and attention to detail. The game drives were incredible, the guides explained details about the animals and the local nature, although it is also a matter of luck, we saw many animals, including the Big Five - they made sure to ask if there was any we wanted to see and made an effort to locate them.

El equipo es extremadamente amable, desde la bienvenida en el aeropuerto hasta el check-out, todo es muy exclusivo, la gastronomía es un detalle aparte porque el restaurante tiene una gastronomía increíblemente buena y con refinamiento y sabor. El safari es el punto culminante con toda la estructura, desde el café en plena sabana hasta mantas y bolsas calientes en el frío, los guías agradables y simpáticos.

- • El costo es bastante alto a pesar de todo lo que ofrece. El spa y la sauna se cobran por separado y hay una piscina que también tiene un costo adicional para su uso
