- • The staff could be way more hospitable and attentive especially for a 5 star was probably only place in Indonesia where we did not experience that.
Perfect stay to calm down

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The view from the room was magnificent, with a superb panorama of the sea. Many little touches were provided to make the stay even more enjoyable: a Bluetooth speaker, earplugs, slippers, and many other appreciated amenities. The staff was simply exceptional. The whole team was remarkably kind, warm, and professional. We felt welcomed and pampered from the beginning to the end of the stay. Everyone took great care of us, always with a smile. The breakfast was also amazing, varied, delicious, and of high quality. Even the elevator leading to the rooms offered a magnificent view, which added to the charm of the establishment. Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. A huge thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience. I recommend this hotel with closed eyes and hope to have the opportunity to return one day!
