- • There were many rules and threats about cleanliness when in general there was poor cleanliness on arrival to the room. Wasn't happy with what seemed to be stained pillowcases (although smelt clean), the staff complied and received fresh ones. Not sure when the staff is in as didn't see them throughout the stay. The breakfast was also disappointing and broken appliance provided.

- • It’s not the cleanest. There was mold on the bathroom and the toilet was not secure. Every time one of us sat on it, it sounded like we were breaking it.
Well located, central area next to the main metro lines. It offered breakfast included in the price, concise but quite handy.

Good location, but room could do with an upgrade
The location of the guesthouse is great. So many restaurants and shops around. And close to subway to get around where you need. Wifi provided. Has a shared kitchen and offered a light/simple breakfast.

- • The room was much smaller than expected for 3 people. The bathroom is very small and when you shower, everything gets wet. Only two outlets worked in the whole room, meaning we could not use the wifi provided. Beds were very hard and it was very noisy from the street below. Our mini fridge did not work and place looked outdated.

- • Seeing the photos on Booking I was expecting something else. The whole guesthouse is very dirty. Minimal services

- • The breakfast issue is anecdotal. The room was really small and the spring beds were quite uncomfortable. The building that shares the accommodation has other services and clubs, which makes it very busy and with permanent garbage at the entrance.

- • The hotel has dampness, something that looks like mold on the walls and peeling on all surfaces. The day we left I saw the person in charge of cleaning making our beds without changing the sheets. They gave us a face towel for the shower, impossible to dry with that. Also, they smelled musty. Our room had splashes on the walls. The manager is only there from 10 am to 4 pm. If you want to use the washing machine (paying), he has to do it. Therefore, you have to adapt to his schedule. The breakfast is sliced bread with jam or cereals. Nothing more.
