I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the wonderful hotel staff. A special thank you goes to the grey-haired lady whom I believe is the breakfast supervisor. She was exceptionally kind, professional, attentive, and made every morning a pleasure. I would also like to thank Barbara from the Concierge team for her outstanding assistance, warmth, and professionalism. They both truly made a positive difference to our stay.

- • The stay was overall acceptable, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The rooms have a significant humidity problem, which causes an unpleasant musty smell and affects the overall comfort of the stay. In addition, the breakfast was very limited, with a poor selection of food and little variety. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.
