- • The room cleaning was late during the day. Usually, people leave in the morning and except their rooms cleaned at that time. We had to request early cleaning specifically the next day to get it cleaned on time.

Wonderful graduation weekend!
Our family and friends were in town to celebrate the graduation of our granddaughter from Spelman College last week. JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead is always our first choice. We had the pleasure of being checked in by the same wonderful front desk attendant Anya. The service was amazing from the entire staff. We appreciated the shuttle service to the local restaurants. You cannot beat the location of this hotel, we love that it's connected to the Lenox Square Mall.
