Overall our stay was great, I brought my man for his birthday and he loved everything.
The property was nice, I love how it has valet parking and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and relaxing. The restaurant and bar were convenient and also the mall was a few steps away.

- • I had no issues other than when we got the cards and they did not work for us at the parking garage at first, and we had to go back in and get the keys fixed, but no problem after that.
An excellent weekend stay.

- • After checking out of the property I noticed I had forgotten my jewelry inside of my room safe so I went back to retrieve my items and was told the room was now occupied and they can’t disturb their guests. So I would have to come back another day. I refused to leave without my property and called the police. The manager, a white woman, was very dismissive and gave racist vibes. Only after calling the police did the manager decide to get some staff to go up and retrieve my property. The jewelry was still inside the safe, which was the only good outcome. I won’t stay here again.
