The location is the best ♪ Located in Hanok Village. Therefore, it can be noisy around during the day, but it's quiet at night.

Hanok of 10 in Jeonju to live an authentic experience in Korea
Hanok right in Joenju, with everything nearby. An authentic experience and very friendly staff. Also, they prepare and serve breakfast every morning in the room. An experience to live if you visit this city, and the place is excellent for it.

- • I might say that the pillows are very high and hard. I replaced them with bathroom towels, but otherwise, everything was very good, and we slept very well.
We stayed one night at Jungdam and had a great time. The location is super central. Sleeping on the typical traditional Korean mattress placed on the floor was really comfortable and allowed us to fully experience the hanok atmosphere. The next morning, the owner delivered a delicious breakfast to our room: various fresh fruits, sliced bread with honey, coffee, tea, eggs, and heukimja-juk (the typical Korean black sesame porridge). Special applause to the lady for her incredible kindness: she was super helpful in keeping our luggage after check-out to allow us to travel light and booked a taxi for us to the bus station. A stay that we recommend to everyone!

Beautiful experience
Traditional Hanok on the main street of Jeonju: even though it is a very lively and crowded street, we had no noise problems. The room is functional, with futons that were actually very comfortable, also because you can ask the owner to put a mat underneath that offers a lot of comfort. Special breakfast prepared on the spot: tea, coffee, fresh fruit, bread with jam, and eggs.

- • It's not a criticism but just a clarification: the bathroom, although very functional, does not have a real shower, only a handheld shower, which, if opened, ends up wetting the entire floor. Considering that it is a hanok and therefore must necessarily be essential, it's fine, but in case of multiple nights, it could be inconvenient.
I had such a lovely stay in Jeonju! The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and explore. The hospitality was exceptional, and I was made to feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and they were incredibly kind and helpful with everything, even helping me order a taxi when I needed one. It genuinely felt like staying at a family home rather than a guesthouse. I’m so grateful for the warmth and kindness I experienced here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! ❤️
