Eliete and Juma team: the best in the WORLD
Everything was lovely. My fiancée and I had our Honeymoon in suite 201, the best of all and IN THE WORLD. Juma Opera is a superlative boutique hotel, with a highlight on the team, which is the most attentive and skilled I have ever met in my life. The employees Eliete, Glenda, Mateus, José (reception) and José (bar) treated us as if we were old friends. In particular, Eliete moved mountains to treat us with all the affection and attention, providing us with a stay like we have never had before. Thank you, Juma Opera team! I already want to come back!!!!

Great experience at Hotel Juma Opera in Manaus. Impeccable service from employees José, Braga, Eliete, Charles and Jéssica, granting a late check-out in a day when the hotel was fully booked. They were very attentive and effective.

- • There could be an acoustic treatment between the rooms.
Initially my room was next to an elevator, which caused a lot of noise during the first night, the elevator had some problem that made an excessive noise whenever it operated. I was staying in the city for work and this really affected the first night's sleep. After reporting the problem, the staff kindly moved me to another room, and the stay experience improved significantly.

It is very worth staying at this hotel.
The location is very beautiful. And the restaurant setup as a gazebo maintaining the view of the theater and mansions is very beautiful. The various local fruits and juices offered in the restaurant are always tasty and interesting.

- • The elevator access is a bit strange. And there was a power outage, we spent a whole night without air conditioning. The hotel apologized and offered a complimentary dinner. The food at the hotel restaurant is not very tasty, but nearby there are excellent restaurants, especially Caxiri and also Tambaqui de Banda.
