Good accommodation, great reception staff.
The fruits were fresh except for the plums. The offer of lactose-free milk, the offer of carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes and bananas, and the a la carte menu offered.

- • The coffee depended on the service of the waiters who sometimes left the dining room, so the waiting time was long. The juices in the pitchers settled, and there was no spoon to mix them, nor a waiter to request. The cakes/pastries were below what I expected.

Beautiful hotel, superbly located, sophisticated atmosphere. The rooftop pool overlooking the Amazon Theatre is an added bonus to the stay! We loved it. Immaculately clean room and bathrooms, view of the Amazon Theatre from the room window, comfortable bed. The restaurant where they serve breakfast is also beautiful and cozy, also overlooking the Amazon Theatre.
