- • The house lacks cleanliness and maintenance. We arrived on our own, the instructions were clear but we didn't have towels. I asked about it and had to go get them from the laundry, where I saw it was disorganized and dirty with trash to be picked up and only partially swept. The kitchen trash was overflowing. In general, it's a house that lacks good cleaning and maintenance, the garden area was dirty and unkempt, the ceilings of the house need touching up, and the ceiling of our bathroom had mold, not to mention it's time to replace the toilet. The furniture was luxurious in its time, now they are old, the room we rented had two beds for a one-bed room, but what I liked the least was that when I lay down, I noticed that the sheets hadn't been changed, as there were traces of frost, hair, and dust that could be felt when touching the sheets.

- • As for the shower, the water didn't flow immediately; you had to stand in the water, which was really gross. We thought we would have the place to ourselves, but apparently, the apartment was shared with other people. I was also made to pay a security deposit, even though I wasn't the only one using the house.
