- • reception welcome. maybe due to the time, but we didn't receive any information, and everything was managed a bit hastily without asking if we needed help with luggage and without explaining if there was wifi, any services, or where the breakfast area was

The location: Excellent! The breakfast was a bit scarce in quantity and quality of fruits and types of coffee and dairy. Also, in terms of enforcing the breakfast schedule. We saw people arriving at the dining room right at 10 and also people inside the dining room, taking things from the counters at 10 in the morning, which delays all the dining room staff. We believe that the person in charge of the dining room should have the order to remove all drinkable and edible items right at 10 and also emphasize to the hotel guests that this will be a respected order of the hotel that must be followed. In other countries like the USA and Europe, it is strictly enforced.
