As someone who came to Misara for the first time, everything was way beyond expectations, from the attention to the variety of food, we as a family loved everything, it was perfect 🥰🥰🥰 You can feel like you're in an oasis when you go to the hotel

Hotel experience was very good, front desk staff efficient and some room facilities need improvement
Location: Located on a separate island, very quiet, very private, you can see the Nile River from the hotel; Facilities: The hotel has 3 swimming pools, very comfortable, the interior garden landscape is also very beautiful, you can relax in the hotel, and you can see people constantly maintaining the environment, watering, dusting; Convenience facilities: The hotel is far from the city center, but there is a free shuttle bus departing at 17:00 and returning at 21:15, which is quite convenient for evening outings in summer; Room: The room is very large and spacious; Staff: Actively helped with luggage, timely transfers, quite friendly

- • Room facilities: A bit old, no sockets near the bed, tissues not replenished in time; Front desk staff: A thin man, very inefficient in check-in process, took about 20 minutes for both a European family and us to check in, and during check-in, he interrupted several times by answering the phone (clearly there were other people available to answer)

- • Nothing nearby. You have to take a taxi to eat in the city or eat at the hotel where it's more expensive (not necessarily very good). We felt like guests were seen as money-making machines. At the pool, hotel staff kept approaching us for massages, beauty treatments, manicures, and to reserve food in the restaurant (saying it was busy and reservations had to be made in advance, which later turned out not to be the case, as the restaurant was almost empty). It felt like every action was an opportunity for a staff member to earn money from you or receive a tip (from the golf cart driver carrying luggage to the manicurist).
Second time staying here customer service is poor. Inexperienced staff with no experience in dealing with guests. Security

It was dreamily beautiful, the location, the food, the cleanliness of the rooms, simply everything was top-notch! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Lorna from the reception is exceptionally nice, the hotel is lucky to have such an employee. You can admire the beauty of the Nile from the pools, the view is simply incredibly beautiful. I will come back!
