- • The staff understand only Chinese. Reception has a policy not to call taxi. Although for our case with a lot of persuasion, the reception called a taxi for the airport. It is extremely difficult to call a taxi without a Chinese app. They do not accept any international credit card.

- • 1. walking with my luggage The address is wrong. It took me more than an hour to find the place. The hotel is located on the perpendicular street. 2. They did not accept my Mastercard, which I used several times before in Beijing. Also did not accept US dollars. That stressed me and wasted a lot of time to look for a solution to pay.
