⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Experience at Jaz Soma Beach Our stay at Jaz Soma Beach was beyond amazing — truly one of the most enjoyable and memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the very beginning, the attention to detail, hospitality, and genuine care from the entire team made us feel welcomed and looked after. Before our arrival, I received a WhatsApp message from Khaled, asking if we had any special requests or requirements. I explained that we were a group of six, including my elderly mother, and that we needed a ground-floor room. Since we had booked two rooms, I also asked if they could be close to each other. The team was incredibly supportive and arranged everything perfectly. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome drink and then taken to our rooms by golf cart. The golf carts are also available throughout the day for transportation around the resort, which was extremely helpful for my mother as she cannot walk long distances. This made our stay much more comfortable. 🏊‍♀️ Amazing Pools & Family-Friendly Facilities The pools are amazing, very clean, and so much fun for the kids, especially the water slides and the splash bucket area. One feature that I particularly appreciated was the smooth, gradual pool entrance that looks and feels like a beach. This was perfect for my elderly mother because she could enter the pool easily and get out without having to use stairs. It was such a thoughtful and accessible feature and allowed her to enjoy the pool comfortably with the rest of us. We spent so much time around the pools, enjoying drinks and refreshments throughout the day. Every member of staff we met was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The children also loved the dedicated water play area. At one point, the splash bucket wasn’t working, so I asked if they could fix it, and they responded immediately and had it working very quickly.

First of all, special thanks to Mr. Khaled, the Guest Relations Manager, who made an amazing effort to make our stay truly magnificent. A big thank you as well to the entire staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to serve you with a genuine smile. The food was absolutely delicious and very tasty. Special thanks to Mina, the Lobby Bar waiter, who was very friendly, funny, and always made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, neat, and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job cleaning and maintaining the room every day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything. It feels really like home with an excellent service. - Decent staff starting with Mr. Khalid in the reception to Mina in the lobby bar, and everyone in the staff. - The variety and quality of food. - The activities and the animation team. - The cleanliness of the property and the rooms. - The beach I don’t want to miss anything, but the overall experience is unmatched.
