I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was impressed by the outstanding level of service, attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort, and overall hospitality. What truly made my stay special was the incredible staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They always went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and positive attitude made me feel more like a valued guest than just a customer. The entire team deserves a huge thank you for their hard work and dedication. It is clear that they take great pride in what they do, and their excellent service makes a real difference. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and every detail reflects the care and professionalism of the team. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. Wonderfull hotel

The hotel exceeded our expectations the staff were very welcoming, rooms were clean and the beach was sandy and we enjoyed it a lot. Special thanks to Mr.Nasser who contacted us even before our check-in date to get our arrival time and our accommodation prefrences and once we arrived we found everything as requested although we arrived before regular check-in time by more than 3 hours he also continued his followup with us within our stay to make sure evrything is ok. Also would like ro thank Ms. Julia from guest relation team who facilated our check in and prepare check out snack box for us even we did not ask for Mina from lounge bar was very cherfull and prepared us the best drinks Fathy from housekeeping It was a wonderfull stay and i am looking forward to getting back there

We had such an amazing stay at Jaz Soma Beach. Everything was really great — the food, the service, the sea, the pool, and especially the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our time there. A special thank you to Mr. Nasser from Guest Relations. From the first day, he welcomed us so warmly and was always checking on us and making sure everything was going well. He really took care of us throughout the whole stay until our last day, and we truly appreciated his kindness and effort. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Abdelaziz for everything he did for us during our stay. He was always helpful, kind, and did his best to make our days even better. Thank you to the whole Jaz Soma Beach team for the lovely experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again. ❤️

Struttura per vacanze relax

Bella struttura ma un pò datata. La nostra camera era ancora una "datata", ma molto grande, con terrazza e pulita ... niente da dire. Letti comodi e servizio di pulizia e cambio asciugamani molto efficiente. Ristorante a buffet dove si mangia bene (per l'Egitto) rispetto ad altre strutture che avevamo fatto. L'animazione è molto ripetitiva (beachvolley-Bocce-freciette-acquagym) di giorno ... e tutto tra le 10.30 e le 12.00, e al pomeriggio dalle 15.00 alle 16.00. Alla sera animazione ripetitiva e fatta da persone esterne alla struttura. Spiaggia bellissima, ma un pò piccola per la grandezza della struttura. Spiaggia di sabbia (senza coralli) adatta a chi vuole fare il bagno senza scarpette e sopratutto con bambini. Nel complesso consiglio la struttura a chi vuole riposare e passare un soggiorno di relax.
