A perfect stay
Very clean. The beach is adjacent to the hotel. Several pools. Quiet. The staff is very pleasant, the entertainers, the reception, the waiters. Special mention to Mostafa, a waiter at the restaurant, who always has a big smile.

Nothing to say, it's beautiful here, it was better than I expected, An absolutely remarkable stay at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar. Everything was magnificent: the quality of service, cleanliness, welcome, and attention to the smallest details. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and availability. A very special mention to Nancy, who was exceptional, always smiling, attentive, and very helpful. The Sea was amazing, the restaurants, animation team and all bars team and services, thanks for Mr. Amr, and main, Aqua and pomodoro restaurants team, pool bar team

Fabulous hotel with many facilities, sandy beautiful beach, clean pool, great animation team and varieties of delicious food. All the staff was friendly with special thanks to Nancy at reception, Mr. Hany and Ayman at the restaurant. I will recommend this hotel to my friends suitable for family vacation

Amazing hotel
Just returned from this hotel had an amazing time first time in Hurghada usually go to Sharm stayed in some lovely hotels and this is one of the best, rooms are lovely staff are amazing shoutout to Hassan he’s everywhere Italian aqua a complete all-rounder👏👏👏 although I have to say all the staff are amazing they work really hard👏 the a la carte restaurants are amazing the food is delicious the best espresso martinis ever the managers come round every day to make sure your stay is amazing we will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the beach is beautiful water is gorgeous and the animation team were brilliant shoutout to Ella and Mia ❤️

Wonderful week!
We had a fantastic seven-night stay as a family of four. It was our silver wedding anniversary during the holiday, and our room was beautifully decorated, with a cake provided as well, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is wonderful, and the grounds are spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool areas are very clean and spacious - perfect for relaxing, with no problem getting a sunbed. The main infinity pool is the busiest because of the entertainment and activities such as water polo, which is great fun if that appeals to you. There are also two quieter pools, including an adults-only area if you want a little more peace and quiet. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day and a beach bar serving drinks, very friendly staff. The dive centre is also excellent for trips and activities. We did a half-day snorkeling and dolphin-watching trip, which was fantastic. The buffet food offered plenty of variety, and the a la carte restaurant, Pomodoro Italian and Aqua Snacks Restaurant, were excellent, with fantastic service. Aqua was also a great option for lunch or snacks during the day. The staff were amazing and made our stay feel extra special. They were friendly, attentive, and worked extremely hard. The housekeeping team did a brilliant job, especially with room 1220, and the daily towel art was a lovely added bonus! A special mention to Mahmoud Abd Erady in the buffet, who was warm, professional, and welcoming, and particularly lovely with our young son, Sam. Please can you pass on our thanks, he made our experience even more enjoyable. The chef making omelettes each morning also deserves recognition - they were superb! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We felt so welcome and well looked after - we only wish we could have stayed longer!
